General Q´s
Can I pay for services with sports benefits and balance cards?
Yes, you can. We accept Smartum, Epassi, Eazybreak, and Edenred cards. Sports benefits can only be used for personal fitness services. Payments with sports benefits and balance cards are always made on-site, except for Epassi and Smartum Pay, which can also be used in the online store. However, you must have enough balance for the desired service.
How can I buy a gift card for Väki?
You can buy a gift card from the online store or on-site during Väki's customer service hours. If you purchase a gift card from the online store, you will receive the gift card as a PDF file via email, which you can print or send directly to the recipient.
Can I try the activities with a single payment?
Of course. However, please register in advance. By registering, you accept the terms of use. A single payment is €15 and applies to both activities. You must arrive before the customer service closes and can climb until 8 pm. It's advisable to book a yoga class in advance to ensure you have a spot and that the class takes place. Single climbing sessions can only be purchased on-site. You can purchase single yoga sessions from the online store and then book a spot for your desired class.
Do I need to register?
Everyone must register and accept the terms and conditions upon purchase. Please read them carefully. You can also ask for more information at the customer service desk.
How do I use the Väki app?
Download the Väki app from the Play Store or App Store. Register as a new user through the app or log in with your previously created account (you can request a forgotten password via email). Through the app, you can purchase memberships and block tickets, after which you can book a spot for yoga classes or come climbing. The "Check-In" button deducts climbing sessions from block tickets approximately 2 minutes after pressing the button. Booking a yoga class deducts sessions from block tickets approximately 1 minute after the class starts.
Climbing
What do I need to bring for climbing?
You'll need indoor sports clothing. Additionally, you'll need climbing shoes, which you can rent or buy from our customer service. Please note that the climbing wall and holds are rough, so keep this in mind when choosing your clothing.
What does an annual climbing membership include?
- Training opportunities from 6 AM to midnight using our mobile app or keycard
- 10% discount on additional equipment
- 20% discount on single visits for family members
- Participation in member events
- Access to discounts on supplementary training
How can I become a member and purchase a multi-visit pass?
Through our online store or in person at our customer service desk. You can pick up your keycard from our customer service desk during opening hours. All memberships are for a fixed term and become effective from the date of purchase. Please download the Väki app from the App Store or Play Store. You must use the app to check in each time you come to climb. The number of visits on multi-visit passes will decrease approximately 2 minutes after pressing the "Climb" button.
How do I cancel an annual membership?
Our annual memberships are for a fixed term. However, if you want to cancel your membership before the end of the term, you must do so in person at our customer service desk in writing or by email. The cancellation will take effect as agreed, but unfortunately, we cannot refund any prepaid membership fees.
When and how can I come to climb?
Anytime during our opening hours! However, please register first and familiarize yourself with the terms of use.
Can I bring a friend to try climbing using my own keycard/mobile key when customer service is closed?
No. The keycard/mobile key is personal. Allowing a non-member to enter will result in a 300 euro fine for the member who allowed the outsider in.
Can I pause my membership?
You can pause your annual membership for a maximum of one month. Please contact customer service.
Yoga
How can I book a spot for a yoga class?
We have an online booking system that allows you to book your spot up to four weeks in advance. You can also conveniently book through our mobile app. Booking a class requires registration and a valid monthly, single-session, or package card, except for free trial classes or workshops, which are paid for on-site. If you are part of a discount group or wish to pay for the class on-site using, for example, exercise benefits, please call or message our customer service to book your spot for the desired class.
You can log in to the booking system using the credentials you created during registration. If you have forgotten your password or have not received one yet, you can request a new password via email by clicking on the "Forgot your password?" link.
We recommend that you carefully read the booking terms and conditions found on our website.
Do I need to book a spot for classes in advance?
It's not mandatory. You can also come on-site and check with Väe's customer service to see if there is a spot available for the class you want. If there is, you can sign up on-site. However, if you want to secure a spot, booking in advance is recommended. You can book your spot online using your own credentials or through the mobile app. Please also check that the class will run if the minimum number of participants is met.
Do I need to bring my own equipment to the classes?
No need. You can rent or purchase a yoga mat and towel on-site. Just bring a water bottle and a sweat towel. We clean and disinfect all equipment regularly. However, we recommend purchasing your own yoga mat.
How do I get the login credentials for the website to book a spot for classes?
Your email address that you provided during registration serves as your username. You can also change your password by first clicking on the "Log in" view and then selecting the "Forgot your password?" button. Your password will then be sent to your email.
How can I cancel my spot for a class?
You can cancel your own class booking on the booking website or through the mobile app at least 2 hours before the start of the booked class.
If you fail to cancel a total of 3 booked classes, you will lose your right to book classes. You can reactivate your booking right at Väe's customer service desk on-site.
